I joined a gym finally and start classes next week. Hopefully that will help me to drop pounds a little faster. I just about have myself disciplined to stop eating at 7PM, past 2 days went good. If I start to feel hungry at about 9PM I drink a cup of lipton green tea, it carves my appetite.
