It's Independence Day and I'm back!
My daughter and granddaughter left at 7 a.m. to go home to Ohio. We had a lovely visit. I'll miss them, but now I can get back on my regular schedule for eating, sleeping, etc. It's amazing how much of a little old lady I'm becoming. Being off schedule really tires me out! How on earth did old age creep up and attack so suddenly? LOL! I'm pretty sure I didn't gain any weight while they were here, but I'm sure I didn't lose any either. The great thing, though, I don't seem to have lost my mind-set. I'm OK. My neighbor and I are going food shopping today, so I'm going to go make a grocery list. Happy 4th to all my U.S. friends and happy day to all my other buddies!

Thanks for the comment on my journal about facial hair rmovel. I have one friend who has electrolysis once a year & insists that the procedure woeks great. She has nice skin & is NEVER in the sun. She explains that an important part of electrolysis for facial hair removal is to stay ourt of the sun completely for a number of weeks afterwards. I have a second friend who ordered a "no-no' for hair removal & said it does not work. In fact her skin broke out when she used it. See ya!

Thanks Heather. I hadn't seen them in 2 years. My goodness, how Erin has grown. We had a lovely time and I hated to see them leave, but it's so much easier to eat correctly when you have only yourself to please. LOL!
