Hello, today starts the first day of calorie counting. I have cystic fibrosis and I have never had to worry about my weight. Last week the doctors notified me it was time for me to start counting calories. I have to decrease my calories by 800-1000 calories a day. All my life I have been able to eat what I want and when I want; but not anymore; the last 1 1/2 Years I gained 72 lbs and the doctors say NO more.
