I just feel like crap today. Maybe it's because I've had pizza the last two or three days, but I just feel so fat and bloated! I am starting to feel that even 1200 calories a day is too much food, but I think that's me just being ridiculous. This is my fourth week, and I really need some encouragement... I need to start becoming more active, but it's hard when I'm not really living with anyone to help me, or most of my friends are guys, and I really don't wanna work out with a bunch of guys. Please help? ):
