Yesterday i went to Red Lobster & had 1 cheddar bisquit & the southwest tacos. Ugh. Im not doing too well on this keto diet!
234.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay away from the Tortillas and flour food items. I am doing keto and it works but you have to be consistent. Keep going!

I support a Chet meal every once in awhile. It won’t ruin your life style change as long as you keep it minimum. Keep up the good work!
