If you haven't heard already, a study was just published that has made a lot of waves in the relevant circles. I plan to do a journal entry about it, but life and work are getting in the way - perhaps tomorrow or Wednesday.

Effects of Dietary Composition on Energy Expenditure During Weight-Loss Maintenance

Cliff's Notes: A very well-designed and well-controlled study (although not perfect) providing some evidence that concludes, contrary to the abstract I mentioned last month, macronutrient composition does have an effect on adaptive thermogenesis (the "dieter's penalty" I've discussed a few times here).
