Yeahhhhh! You go! You CAN definitely do this. I've noticed my scale bumps up and down, but when I give it focused effort, the overall trend is down. You can do it, and I'll be pushing with you! In July, I aim to drop ~6.2-8.5 pounds and finally get to Onederland. By my birthday (July 31). This is going to take some MAJOR effort on my part!!
