So they say slow and steady wins the race... I have to agree. Other times I've lost weight faster butI never really trained my mind and my stomach to accept the new "settings".It would end up coming back with interest. This time around it's baby steps, one pound at a time, and I'm adjusting to the amount of intake slowly. The slow pace though helps me see that it's not so incredibly hard or impossible. I can do it if I just keep my sight set on the prize! Can't wait to finally be a healthy, self confident, and happy me.
