I has been sooo long since I have been on here. I have gained weight and I am not happy about it. There has been so many changes in my life and my weight has been fluctuating. I was finally down to 165...and I have jumped up to 179. So its back to fat secret I go and I will maintain my weight loss this time. I have a list of goals that will help me in leading a healthier life. I have already kicked soda out completely... my last soda was about a month ago. That alone has helped me feel better. Next step is to remove all sugary drinks period. The extra calories are not helping me. So to help I will be buying the zero calorie zero sugar flavored waters. Eventually I hope to only be drinking water. I have added a 30 min jog daily and will be adding to my routine daily, I already do a Jillian Michael's video and do a bunch of floor exercises to tone. I am revamping my foods in my house. My boyfriend is getting rid of all the unhealthy foods for me :) and after thats done...he is jumping on board to get healthier with me. I will have a partner which will be helpful. I have been making substitutes in all of my favorite recipes to make them healthier and I have been more conscious of my portion sizes. Hopeing to get back on track and very excited to see results

Hey girl, good luck. I know how upsetting it is to regain after so much work, but don't worry you are doing the right thing. Exercising is great, but unless you fix your eating habits nothing will truly make long term changes. I quit soda about 1year ago, that alone made me feel empowered to change so much more. Stay strong!
