I had about 4 spoonfuls of frozen lemonade today. I should feel bad, but considering that I walked through a very hilly terrain in 83 degree temps, I really don’t. Besides today I walked 3 times my daily activity.

170.0 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This is the first “nice” Saturday we have had in a while. And the storm that left snow in the plains will be here late tonight into tomorrow.
