I'm still disappointed about yesterday, but I am back on my diet today. At least I'm not sick anymore!!!

It was just 1 day and it was minimal carbs. I'm not going to stress it.

I made the Dean's List in college for last semester and am just SO proud of myself...so, so proud.

I had to share that with you guys!!!

I'm also making some changes to what I actually eat on my diet. I'm going to cut out the Atkins candy bars and the peanut butter.

I want to see if I can leave these things out of my diet for 2 weeks and see if I lose even more weight.

You've been really busy with classes so enjoy the achievement. I made the Dean's List when I was back in school a couple of years ago so I know how you feel! Keep it up and you may just graduate with honors!! (Take how you feel now and multiply it by 100 and that's how good graduating with honors feels!) You're still doing good on the weight loss!
