Must be serious. I started culling my fat clothes. Boxers, how best to repurpose? They are sooooo big on me like an inner tube of bunched up fabric. Dad-Jeans? Oh whatever, right?
Recorded 6.6 mi. Yesterday. Most single day ever. Data via iPhone so partial. Might be time to <<<<<finally>>>>> get an Apple Watch or other wearables? MORE DATA sez the nerdinme.
Pain everywhere but increasingly able to mediate via movement.
Made 3 lefty hook shots, Basketball and hiking in LA wilderness AND city apparently works for me.
And eye contact. The nanny that daily lunches a mere 20 feet from kitchen window turned to sneak another look at me dancing-exercise-cooking, in my form fitting active wear. Yes! 4 /5 replicates. Haha. I take what comes my way. I frequent the grocery stores, ethnic markets, street vendors with an open heart, eagerness to learn, share and give uplifting goodbyes. It is good.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
