Celebration time!

I've finally hit a milestone in my journey - HALF WAY THERE - losing half of the weight I'd vowed to lose (27 out of 54 pounds)!!!

Now comes the hard part - losing the final 27 pounds.

Diet Calendar Entry for 22 June 2012:
1334 kcal Fat: 90.26g | Prot: 94.92g | Carb: 31.48g.   Breakfast: brewed coffee, brewed coffee, half and half, half and half, swiss cheese, egg, bacon. Lunch: green olives, egg salad, saltines. Dinner: chicken breast, feta cheese dressing, Dole Salad, broccoli and cauliflower, cream cheese, coconut oil, butter, sour cream. Snacks/Other: brewed coffee, half and half, Swiss Cheese, oscar mayer turkey. more...

Heather - I'm hardly a skinny mini! But now that the scale is moving again I really need to follow your example on the exercise - on a beginners level, of course.

Wow, Buffy! TWO pounds??!!! That's just awesome esp. considering you were out of your home routine for a good part of the time period. Way to go, my friend! The LAST 27 pounds don't stand a chance against you!!! YAY....doin' a happy dance.....:)
