Surprising that my knee isn't hurting this morning. Lost 6 lbs over that last 3 days. Could have eaten better but I did resist the temptation to buy lunch out yesterday.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 95.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
