I just want to weigh about 170. I'm OK with being fat I've been considered fat since elementary school. But I was always active. I'm only five feet so officially I'm supposed to weigh 100 pounds. Most of my life I've been 150-180. Always active big boned big thighs and arms. Good genetics for my athletic boys. I have arthritis so this added weight has been even harder on my knees and back. Logging my in and output daily keeps me in line. This is my daily life strategy not dieting.
