Another great day. One of the challenges I signed up for was 50 consecutive push ups in 6 weeks. Well today was day 1 of week 4 and I just knocked out 52 push ups!!!! I dropped 5 lbs over the last 30 days and today marks 66 days smoke free.

I will be 42 in Sept but I already feel 32 again....

Thanks, They are very proud.. Well the wife is mad at me because she says I am getting in better shape than her LOL.
