me too! My discipline leaves a LOT to be desired. Instead of looking at the long term goal - set one that you know you can make! I started with waiting within my macros for breakfast. Can I do that? Sure. Then I'm not going to snack between breakfast and lunch (if that isn't feasible - and some days it's not 😁) then I'll eat one snack that is within my WOE. I can do that. I just keep the goals attainable until I get more comfortable and build some confidence. I can do this.... one tiny, attainable goal at a time.
