it is great that i am losing, at least on the scale -- but better yet i am eating much healthier, i.e., a lot of vegetables, lots of salads and good carbs instead of sugar. (ha ha ... i am starting to sound those people who talk about "eating right and exercising". they used to annoy me for their "secret" seemed too obvious and therefore not worth actually trying. i guess i expected the answer that would work for me had to be some magic shortcut.)
well those annoying people may have a point after all. we will hang on and see : )
p.s. i am so afraid that tomorrow i will weigh myself and see a number higher than of this morning. but i go over the charts of people who has lost a lot of weight and see that the same thing happened to them too and try to prepare myself mentally. it will happen sooner or later and i want to be ready so i will not be discouraged and go back to old habits.
