I decided to switch my breakfast and lunch today. Thought it would be good to keep me from feeling too bored with the food. I really like those Spiru-tein shakes, but find them too thick. So from now on I'm going to add 6 oz. of non-dairy milk and 4 oz. of water. That thins it out perfectly and makes it more palatable to me.
