My personal trainer asked me tonight if I needed her next month.. she is having minor surgery and will be out a week or so.. I'm like let me try what I have for a month and then see if I need help making a more focused plan. I had also been thinking about it and my craving for food has decreased, so decreasing the amount on here I am going to try to get everyday to 1900 from 2163. Then keep my calories around that.

You know what you're doing and should be fine. Just be sure to show up. Exercise helps with my appetite, too.

I had been pushing myself to eat more so my body would have the energy to make muscles and I wouldn't ache, but I think I'm OK now over that first time exercising hump. That and for awhile I was more hungry and that's gone away.
