I'm back to were I started a couple years ago...my weight has always been in the 240s, but earlier this year I let myself get up to 261!! I feel like I'm doing everything right now though, eating healthy, walking everyday, even mixing in some workout videos. I really need to start recording my food...

Recording my food has been a great help for me. I don't realize how much junk I'm eating until I actually record it and see the proof. You can do this!!
