Awesome Chilean instructor for water aerobics today. What a workout! She also teaches Zumba, salsa dancing, etc and is incredibly fit. I'm going to be sore tomorrow! What a blast.
I tried out the Zumba 2 for Wii that I bought yesterday; I was sweating in no time. I'm going to enjoy it, and when I'm comfortable I'll go to the Zumba Gold class at my gym. If I survive that (and my knees handle it) I'll move up to regular Zumba. We'll see.
