I HAVE DONE SO WELL ..............
WITH THAT SAID IM GOING TO CHEAT TODAY BUT WITH LIMITS, I NEED VEGIS LOTS OF THEM IM GONNA HAVE WINE CAUSE I CANNOT DO WITHOUT IT TODAY !!!
I MIGHT EVEN HAVE A CHOCLET EGG OR TWO I KNOW IM GONNA BE SORRY BUT I HAVE BEEN SO GOOD THESE PAST MONTHS I DESERVE A LIL FAMILY BREAK
OH AND THE CHEESE SAUCE ON THE VEGIS I CANT FORGET THAT

MONDAY IM STARTING AN EXERCISE ROTINE IF IT KILLS ME AND MOVING ON TO OWL THE FIRST OF NEXT WEEK
SO SEE I HAVE A PLAN LOL

Just try to make sure your slip doesn't turn into a slide. You might get the Atkins flu again if you eat chocolates and have to withdraw again from the sugar...
