I am starting over again as I had a set back and gained some pounds back. I wasn't watching what I ate and it shows. I need to stay away from all high carb foods and get back to eating low carb foods.I am ready to start over...
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good for you - I am trying to do "moderate" carb foods. Totally low carb is really hard, isn't it? Good luck!
