I did record a little higher weight this week, but I'm actually down from where I was the past couple of weeks, so I'm happy with that. I've been trying to get a handle on exercising after work and being okay that dinner will be later. My kids have fruit available if they're hungry for something. Our dinners haven't always been super healthy, but I'm trying to tweak things here and there to at least make it a little better. Right now the focus is on getting my routine down. If I can keep exercising after work every day that is helpful. I am sleeping better and feel less stressed when I exercise, so those two things alone are good reasons to keep it up.

Not much else going on with me, just busy with work and trying to stay healthy. Have a great Wednesday everyone!
