Welcome!! You came to a great place, there are some wonderful helpful people here. Congrats on the new baby!!! How exciting!! I tip my hat to you at having 4 under 4, I have one nephew who is 3 and he is a handful, I couldnt do more than the one! lol Great to have you!

Thank you :) yes they are handfuls for sure! But their cuteness makes it easier. I just want to be able to play with them, run around, and not just sit and watch. Thank you all for your kind words. You are all very motivating also.. I love all the meal ideas and seeing what works for others.

That was one reason that I decided it was time for a change. My nephew came up to me one day and said "Can you run?" and I said "of course I can" and he said "But you are so big" and it hit me that I probably couldnt run and keep up with him. I knew that I wanted to be there for him, and watch him grow. I knew I needed a change. It was scarily eye opening. I am glad you are here and wish you luck on your journey!

I’m pregnant with my first and it’s been a challenge. I finally broke through to the “normal” BMI after being overweight for so long. Trying to stay healthy and happy. Ugh. Good luck mamma! :)

Hello!

I will keep you in prayer. Don't panic, just calmly move to eating as healthy as possible. Your baby needs you to be calm too.. So eat whatever the Dr. recommends and try to stay away from sugar, junky food and anything that is high in wrong carbs. Weight watchers had a super program for mom's years ago. Not sure if they do it now. take care Mommy!
