It's been a super stressful day, and I'm really low on calories. I'm a stress non-eater, which is not great.

I'm trying to keep drinking lots of water, and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Sorry about the stressful day! Sometimes some camomile tea helps me decompress- and it’s fluids :). Hope Today is better!
