I've been off for some time. I had a procedure done which has a long and painful recovery. Thankfully the worst of it is over. The only immediate plus side of the procedure was that I've been bed ridden, and my husband has been feeding me appropriately, and I've lost several pounds throughout my recovery :D
Hopefully as I become active again I can maintain my losing streak. Nothing would thrill me more than to break into the 140's (except to break into he one 130's ;) but that won't be for some time...?
