Here I am again. I have been doing pretty well. Last Feburary almost a year and half ago I got my boyfriend and I a trainer. It was a couples deal. We did three sessions. My boyfriend stopped going but I kept on doing it. I then switched gyms. My new gym was fancier and had better classes. I got a trainer there and then stopped when I ran out of funds. I am a gym rat. Go six times a week, sometimes more. I run for 30 minutes and then lift. I work out my chest and biceps on day 1, back and triceps day 2, and legs and shoulders day 3. The one thing that I suck at is food. I just need to control it. I hope recording my food on here will make me become a better eater. I am happy with the improvements I have made to my health but want to lose the love handles and little belly. So far I am shocked at how much I over eat. Anywhere between a 100 to 1000 calories a day. NO BUENO. Lets do this!
