Weight loss was sloooooow this week which is super frustrating. It is a loss and not a gain so I can't complain too much. I just wish I could see a bigger loss of 2-3 pounds for a couple of weeks, oh wouldn't that be nice? I know my inconsistency made the scale inch up and I have to deal with that and fix it but I have to say I am burnt out on the whole weight loss battle and just want to lose it already. Enough whining, ugh.

Hang in there...I know exactly how you feel! I am getting to the point that I an trying to convince myself that I am happy with where I am at and want to just throw in the towel! I won't officially weigh in until Wed, so hopefully it will work out for me! I know you can do this, you proved it before...hang in there, just remember that you are doing this to better your health! Weight loss can be frustrating. I don't know if you're weighing yourself everyday or not, but if you are, I wouldn't do that. When you see the weight fluctuate everyday, that can bring you down. They say it's better if you lose it slow...I know, I hate hearing that too!! You're doing it and that's what counts!!

I think it's probably one of the most frustrating things to do. Hang in there, and remember it didn't go on over night, it's not going to come off over night. Just take it one day at a time and it will start to come off. You're doing great - keep up the good work!
