i hate the "water weight"!!!! this morning i was down to 166 from yesterdays 168 (obviously water) ... in the evening i ate a lot of watermelon and i was 169.7 (obviously water-melon) which one is my true weight????? (i record only the morning weights and i really like how the graph looks now... i just have to be emotionally prepared for the up and down swings and go back to nightly snacks.)

Yes, there is probably some water in there but I usually find that once I drop down a couple of pounds like you did it usually stays closer to the lower end than the higher end if I continue to work hard at the diet. Good Luck!

The best thing to do if you decide to weigh daily is to pick a time during the day to consistantly weigh yourself and don't check in 3 or 4 times a day, it'll drive you nuts. The best time seems to be first thing in the morning before you eat anything.
