Frustrated! I know I only just started this week, but I hate seeing gain even when I'm following my diet well and making an effort to fit in some more activity.
Hopefully next week I can start cross fit and will finally see some progress
334.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 169.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
