Not having a good day; fatigue heavy. I cancelled an appt. to have my car checked because I knew it wasn't a good idea to drive, figured I could take a nap. Before I decided that, I drank some ginger lemon cooler tea that I brewed last night. My best friend asked me too; she found a Dr. Oz article & recipe. I drank a 10 oz. glass this morning, hoping to wake up enough to be able to drive.
I stayed home, but instead of sleeping, I puttered around the house, doing dishes, sorting & organizing paperwork, filling out an application, preparing dinner. I didn't feel like eating; did a little because I figured I should. The caffeine fighting though my fatigue has me jittery & scatter-brained. Oh well, at least I had a productive day; I'll have to try more tea when I'm more rested! Maybe I can cut my fatigue medicine in half & save money. This must be my longest journal entry ever, sorry anyone who's still reading!
