AmyCoulon's Journal, 30 March 2010

Oh help, anyone who is reading this. A patient just gave me some of the those infamous, church made, homemade peanut butter eggs that always show their ugly face at Easter time. And now I have to ride w/ them in the backseat of my car all day long. (I figured my boys would enjoy them.) So I did stop and get a chocolate protein bar to appease the temptation. We'll see, it's only 1:30 pm, and 5'o'clock seems SO far away...

It's such a good thing that foods can't hypnotize us or can they? no seriously though you have the option to completely give it to someone who you know will enjoy it and it will not affect their diet OR put it in the freezer (I'm not sure I know what these are and whether they can be frozen). For example our school has these bake offs'sale, you put in a couple dollars and get like $20 worth of goodies and there are so many I can't ever say now I have this need to sample everything. So what i do is I get what I want put it in a plate, take it home and throw it in a ziploc back in the back of the freezer and I nibble on it when I'm craving something sweet...but that takes major self control because you can have that day where you're at the bottom of the put in a blink of an eye...I've had them and then I throw the rest away :~0 ha. I do like the "just imagine they were made in a dirty kitchen comment" the entire time I'm writing this comment I keep think about it Ewwww..I'll pass on my favorites on a couple reasons A) cooked in a dirty kitchen B)hair or other non-belongings in my food.
