Day 2 . . . the fasting challenge went well last night . . . this morning was a bit of a bear . . . I get up at 5am but cant eat until 8am . . . I will see how it goes for the next week.

It took me a couple of days to get used to fasting but make it over that hump and the results are totally worth it! I am a breakfast eater so I do 7-3 and the evenings are hard.
