Happy Thursday everyone, so every 2 to 3 weeks or so, I have a 'treat' moment (I never used the phrase 'Cheat' days etc) and had a candy bar. Darn, did it taste good but I know that I can't have one every day but every once in a while I will indulge. Have a great one
