I have definitely noticed a difference in the way I eat.
Instead of shovelling food down and finishing it as quick as I can I am realising the different tastes and textures of food. I have also noticed that since I am eating my food slower and enjoying it as I eat I am no longer snacking continuously and my portion sizes have cut down dramatically.
I am no longer feeling hungry all the time as well which I am extremely happy about.
