Happy Monday - too Sunday off from working out (gave the bod a break) and didn't count calories either. I decided it would be my treat day. Looking back, it looks like I ate to maintenance - which is pretty good; in the old days, I would have eaten a whole lot more (and I mean a whole lot of fast food). Loving this lifestyle change. Have a great week everyone.
