ran 1.5 miles on the cooper test in 14.40, did it a few week ago in 15.52 minutes so knocked off over a minute! really enjoyin my running diet hasn't been great! hit the 17 stone mark and met my goal before my birthday of what i wanted so im pleased, i was unsure that i was going to do it! should be looking good for the birthday night out!
239.4 lb Lost so far: 35.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 12.3 lb a week

Wow that's great. It is fun when your time improves. Good luck to you. I just ran a new route on Saturday and then last night drove the route to see how far it was...2.6 miles. Jogging just feels so great, stick with it.
