2.6 lbs this week. YES! After a pitiful 0.2 last week I really needed this! Just shows me getting up at 430 am to workout before work is so worth it. Now to prepare to drive 8 hrs away for a wedding this weekend! I'm not even going to think about how bad this could be for my success and just keep making the healthier choice. Taking my 3 lb weights with me so I can do some floor exercises and such in the hotel room!
