Good day so far. Started with 50 crunches on the stability ball and 20 push-ups. High calorie Breakfast but I will make up for it with Oatmeal and 100% Whey for lunch. Also going to hike up 14 flights of stairs shortly. Starts to hurt at the 6th floor...

Rock on! Kids have me nuts! Every morning I say I'm gonna just get 10 min of crunches, planks, light weights or something and then time gets away from me lol. Keep thinking if I start with it it woudl be a help.... really should find a way.

I missed the crunches this morning but did hike up 14 flights again today and will be hitting the Gym tonight.
