Well, I was feeling really sick yesterday (from going off my meds) so I didn't go to the gym. I did however go to Bennigan's out to eat and indulged a little bit. What I realized later though was that I still ate less than 1500 calories all day yesterday and today my pants are too loose again. That is definitely a huge boost for me. I bought new clothes for my new job in November and now I have to wear a belt, otherwise my pants fall down. So, I went and bought a pair or two of smaller sizes and now today they are sliding down as well. I can't wait until I can fit into my 6's again and it doesn't look like it will be long now that my 12's are falling off. I will be super happy once I break the 160 mark and get down into the 150's, I haven't been there in 2 years. When I pass 160, I'm going to buy myself a new pair of jeans so hopefully, if I keep busting my ass, I'll be there by next week :)
