I sat in on one of the nutrition lectures yesterday and it was very interesting. I'll recap more later but the title of the presentation was the anti-inflamatory diet. The flavonol family of antioxidants seems to be very good for us - these are found in primarily BERRIES, RED WINE, DARK CHOCOLATE. So yesterday I bought some dark chocolate 70% cocao and had about 1/3 of a large bar and I enjoyed it guilt free! So much better for me than the 100 calorie pak oreo cake cookies and SO MUCH more satisfying. Again I will focus on eating foods with the most nutritional value.

Yes! That is what I strive for everyday - to pack in as much nutrition with every bite as I can. Berries, red wine, and dark chocolate are my favorite things so I am happy they are good for me.

One more thing - I love the Dove Dark Chocolates - they are so creamy and come in a nice serving size. One is actually satisfying most of the time.
