Good morning Fat Smashers!! I will be going to the boxing gym and regular gym tonight. I need to punch on the bag a little bit. We also run a circuit and that really kicks your butt. I will also start "teaching" a yoga/pilates class at the boxing gym. I was asked by the coach to show the guys some moves to improve on flexibility. This should be interesting b/c I am not a yoga/pilates instructor. I love doing yoga b/c your body feels so limber when you're done. I'm waiting on my colon cleansing stuff to come in. Hopefully it will be this week. I've heard so many good things about it, so I'm ready to clean myself out. If any of you are interested, it's at www.newvitality.com.

Good Luck on the cleansing!! Let me know how well it works. The yoga sounds like a great thing to do! I always feel better after my strentching!
