Horrible week last week and this week so far. Getting some exercise in with my weekly clinics and matches, but my eating habits have been absolutely horrific. I MUST pull it together. My precious neice is here for the next several weeks and we have been eating out or better said on the run for the last several days. No excuse though. All my fault.
211.3 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
