A very busy day yesterday of hard physical work and although I went out for dinner last night and had a couple of beers the scales have dropped 400 gr this morning. Need to back that up with good choices and plenty of exercise today.
126.5 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1296 kcal Fat: 31.37g | Prot: 42.24g | Carb: 212.75g.   Breakfast: banana, honey, coffee, sunfllower seeds, strawberries, yoghurt, Granola. Lunch: Granny Smith Apples, crispbread wasa, potato salad, my special humous. Dinner: cherries, summer chicken penne. Snacks/Other: Genuine Draft Light Beer. more...
