I went way over my calorie goal yesterday when my husband brought home chicken shawarma wraps with hummus and pita bread for dinner! I couldn’t say no and didn’t even try to cut down the portion.

I’m going to try fasting until dinner tonight. Hoping for strong willpower for the day!
