5 Unsalted Tops Saltine Crackers & 1/4 cup Small Curd Cottage Cheese ~ 110 Calories. This was a great snack. Just added garlic powder and pepper. I am going to try and make a creamy spinach dip out of this w/ a ww baked tortilla and see what happens ;-)
