As I wrote on the early morning of the 17th May here in my journal, I had a very good workout the same day to balance out my lazy day, which took place one day before. I made an intense workout of 90 mins on my new elliptical (which is 30 mins more than usual), and made a little more than 100 sit-ups while watching 'Crank' on TV... :o) Like Kingkeld always writes: life is good...
