A friend of mine who is doing weight watchers has asked me to help her with doing more cardio. Last week we did our normal exercise classes plus treadmill and elliptical workouts three times last week and we both lost weight. It should be interesting to see what happens this week. I would like to incorporate one more day of weight lifting and some abdominal stuff, but for now it seems to be working.
